Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Product must be unopened and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 30 days of purchase
• Valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) required
• Product must not be damaged or tampered with

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship the item back to us using the provided prepaid label (if applicable)

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged by misuse or accident
• Products returned after 30 days
